(They are 1/16th of an inch thick.) 12" and 20" single letters will have 2 hanging holes - unless requested otherwise HOW DOES IT WORK? 1. Select your color & size from the drop-down lists. 2. Click “add to cart.” 3. Type your personalized wording in the box 4. Tell us if you want hanging holes (free). 5. Click “proceed to checkout.” 6. Check your Etsy messages! You will receive a draft in 2-3 business days for you to approve. ***If you do not approve your draft in 3 days, we will cut your sign as drawn*** Maximum of 22 characters per line. If you need more please contact us first. CHOOSING YOUR WIDTH Small: 20" maximum width Medium: 36" maximum width Large: Over 36" - Must contact us before ordering. The number of characters determines your sign's height. If you want to know your sign’s height before purchase, click “Request a custom order” below the pictures to send us a message. CHOOSING YOUR STYLE Single line means all of your wording will go on one line. Multi line means all of your wording will go on two or more lines. HANGING OPTION Our signs can usually hang by their existing cut outs. Because this lettering is so thin, we cannot add hanging holes to our 20" option. If you choose to have hanging holes drilled into your sign for secure mounting, we will add them to your draft, where you can review their placement. They are usually 1/4" in diameter. COLORS Raw and polished options are recommended for indoor use only. All other options are indoor/outdoor safe. Raw metal will be unique every time. It will have imperfections, and will rust. Request additional images of raw metal if you are concerned about the variations. WANT A DIFFERENT FONT?
